Job boards ask you to guess the right keywords. Jobvori starts from the document you already have: your CV.
Step 1: reading your CV
When you upload a CV, Jobvori extracts its text and asks an AI model to turn it into structured data: your experience, education, skills, certifications and languages. Every uploaded CV keeps its own analysis, so you can see what was understood and re-run the analysis if you replace the file.
AI can misread a layout or a job title. That is why the result is a draft for you to check, not a verdict.
Step 2: your career profile
The extracted data becomes your career profile: a weighted picture of your skills and the roles you fit. You can review it, and your job preferences (location, remote work, seniority, salary expectations) are stored separately so that you decide what the search should look for.
Step 3: a search plan, not a single search
From the profile Jobvori generates a broad set of search queries: role titles, synonyms, adjacent roles and skill-based phrases. The queries are listed openly. You can add your own, switch off the ones that do not fit and regenerate the list at any time.
Step 4: discovery and matching
Enabled job sources are searched with these queries. Results are normalised and duplicates are merged, then each job is compared with your profile. A match is explained rather than just scored:
- Matched skills that appear in both your profile and the posting.
- Missing skills the posting asks for that your profile does not show.
- Possible concerns, for example when a role asks for more years of experience than your profile contains.
These explanations describe likelihood, not certainty. Read the original posting before you decide.
