How it works

From your CV to a submitted application, with a clear line between what the AI does and what you decide.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up, verify your e-mail if asked to, and fill in your profile and job preferences.

  2. Upload your CV

    Jobvori extracts the text and the AI turns it into structured data. You can check what was understood.

  3. Review the career profile and search plan

    See your skills and the search queries generated from them. Edit or disable anything that does not fit.

  4. Jobs are discovered and matched

    Enabled job sources are searched, results are de-duplicated and each job is compared with your profile and explained.

  5. Prepare and review

    Choose Prepare application. Answers and a cover letter are drafted, and you review, edit or reject them.

  6. Approve, submit and follow up

    After your explicit approval the browser agent submits the application. If a site needs you, for example for a CAPTCHA, it stops and asks. The outcome is tracked on a timeline.

What the AI does, and what it does not

The AI helps with

  • Drafting answers and cover letters for you to review

The AI does not

  • Submit anything without your explicit approval
  • Bypass CAPTCHAs or verification checks: it hands them to you
  • Guarantee interviews, offers or any other outcome
