Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data Jobvori processes when you use the service, why, and what choices you have.

1. Data we process
Account data (e-mail address, name, password hash, language), profile and job preference data, the CVs you upload and the analysis derived from them, jobs and matches, application drafts, answers and documents, notifications, and security and audit events such as sign-ins.
2. Why we process it
To provide the service: analysing your CV, discovering and matching jobs, preparing applications you approve, keeping your account secure and preventing abuse.
3. AI processing
Content such as your CV text and job postings is sent to AI model providers configured by the platform in order to produce analyses, matches and drafts. AI output can be wrong, which is why you review and approve applications.
4. Browser extension
The optional browser extension runs in your own browser and only sends the job postings it reads to Jobvori. Your passwords and cookies are never sent. You can remove a connected browser at any time.
5. Retention and deletion
You can delete individual CVs and request deletion of your account. Some records, such as security and audit logs, may be retained for a limited period where needed to protect the service.
6. Your choices
You can export your data, correct your profile, delete CVs, review and revoke sessions and delete your account from your account settings.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure and AI providers needed to operate the service, and with job sites when you approve an application.
